A traditional hot yoga class focusing on alignment, hip and spine stabilisation and flexibility. This motivating class develops strength, stamina and fitness. A great foundation class that is suitable for all ages and levels from the unfit to the experienced.

 

26&2 is our 60 minute express Bikram class. This class is beginner friendly and is a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. 

 

Through discipline and structure, 26 & 2 allows students to gain strength, flexibility, and balance. It assists in developing focus, determination and collectively guides the class through a moving meditation.

💦 Improves stamina, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness

 

Our 26&Flow class, developed by one of our HYB teachers is a dynamic mix of our original 26&2 sequence and our flow class.

 

You will recognise all of the 26&2 postures and have the choice to go further, adding new transitions and core strengthening postures as well as challenging cardiovascular fitness. This is a fun class that ultimately promotes the creation of a healthy and lean body inside out.

HOT YOGA FLOW

💦 A mix of Bikram, fierce grace, vinyasa and ashtanga yoga all in one. Improves stamina, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness

 

Hot Yoga Flow is taught by Bikram, hatha and Fierce Grace trained teachers.

 

This class works on developing alignment while building strength, stamina and flexibility.  Performed to music we work through hip openers, deep twists, upper body, glute and ab toning sequences. 

 

Here at HYB we have 3 instructors who teach this class. Each has their individual style and take on the sequence however you will recognise the same structure with similar transitions, themes and postures in every flow class you attend. This class is slightly more challenging than our other classes as it works on 100% of the body - we encourage everyone to give it a go.

HOT HIIT YOGA

🔥 Level : We recommend you have been to at least 3 hot yoga classes before you try HIIT.

This is just to ensure you can handle the heat!

Hot HIIT Yoga is a training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), yoga postures, muscle toning and cardio in a heated room. 

 

This practice promotes long, lean muscle mass while burning fat, with rapid results. It strengthens your core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. All movements are low impact, which protects your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping.

 

Perfect for flexible people who need to strengthen. If you are looking for weight loss, long lean muscle and cardio vascular conditioning this is the class for you.

SLOW FLOW

🔥 Level : Beginners and first timers.

💦 Relax mentally and physically with a slower paced class.

 

This class is our old 45 minute class with a longer savasana at the end. HYB classes are open to all levels, however the SlowFlow format is recommended for anyone looking to focus on the foundation, structure and alignment of each posture. It is designed to suit all levels but perfect for those who are new to the practise, new to the heat or for those who prefer a gentler practise now and again.

 

We work through some of the foundation postures from the 26&2 and flow class sequences with a restorative finish to leave you feeling relaxed and recharged at the end of class.
