Private classes are a great way to receive that one on one attention that can progress your practise or give you an amazing first experience if you have never been to a class before.
Each class can be tailored to your ability, level and your goals. You can request a specific teacher and class style – the class is yours!
CLASS TYPES AT HYB
HYB classes are heated to 32-40 degrees using state-of-the-art infrared technology, which helps create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation and increases flexibility. Classes are taught by highly experienced, specifically trained Hot Yoga instructors in a dimly lit room with mirrors to encourage you to focus on and explore your individual practice. Our classes are designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience for all levels.
Come prepared to sweat that sh*t out.

26&2
This 60 minute class allows students to gain strength, flexibility, and balance.

HOT HIIT YOGA
This combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), yoga postures, muscle toning and cardio.

26&FLOW
This was developed by one of our teachers as a dynamic mix of our original 26&2 & flow class.

SLOW FLOW
This format is recommended for anyone looking to focus on foundation and alignment.
