BENEFITS OF HOT YOGA
Every Hot Yoga class here is heated by 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 heaters to a toasty 40 degrees. But what are the benefits of practising yoga in the heat?
🔅 Moving your body in a hot room will warm all the muscles in your body, allowing for a greater range of motion helping you to melt deeper into poses. This improves flexibility as well as aiding recovery and rehabilitation.
🔅The human body has an impressive temperature regulation system which takes energy (calories) to maintain a consistent temperature. Practising in heat increases metabolism and burns calories making hot yoga very good for weight loss.
🔅the heat will make you sweat, which is your bodies natural way of flushing toxins. Infrared heaters increase the detox even more - As your body absorbs infrared heat, water molecules begin to vibrate, which causes them to wring out impurities from the cells and release through sweat.
🔅 The heat stress has emotional, physical and physiological effects on the nervous system, brain and the body bringing many mental health benefits.

Hot Yoga Belfast
Hot Yoga in Belfast has had many homes, we are proud to be one of them. Located on the Lisburn Road and the only infrared heated yoga studio in Northern Ireland - we have classes 7 days a week taught by experienced and specially trained hot yoga teachers.
Our classes are all beginner friendly, sequence based, teacher led and they get to a toasty (and very sweaty) 40 degrees using our state of the art infrared heating system. A great way to flush the system and detox the body, fantastic for those looking to lose weight in a healthy way, improve flexibility, strength and stamina. You will leave class with a new lease on life.
This yoga is for everybody. There are so many benefits from being in the heat, moving your body and just switching off from the stress of our every day lives. We want our space to be a place of respite, rest and rejuvenation and above all to provide a sense of community for all that step through our doors!
It can be quite daunting trying something new and something that WILL challenge you but it will be the best decision you ever make coming to class and trying it out! PARKING AT HYB
Getting in your car and driving to yoga can be hard enough as it is some days, don’t make parking hard too! Save this to your phone and check where you are parked next time you’re at the studio.
There is nothing worse than ruining your post yoga zen with a big stinking parking fine 🥵
There are plenty of spaces on the streets adjoining the studio and out on the main road just leave an extra few minutes early to avoid stressing out.
