What happens for those of us who were on the March challenge?
You have two options. You can use your 2 weeks of unlimited yoga starting on the 10th of July or you can use it on our next monthly challenge. Please contact the studio with your preference.

Do you provide Yoga mats and towels ?
We ask that you bring your own towel and mat to class when we reopen. We will be selling our HYB branded non slip towels and local company ZenBear yoga mats in the studio and on our app so if you forget you can purchase in the studio.
How does your waitling list work?
Our waitlist will be reopening allowing a small number of people to be added if the class is fully booked. As always, it is your responsibility to check on your space in the class by checking your HYB emails and the app. As you can be added to the class up to 8 hours before it begins, if you are on the waitlist and get added to the class it is up to you to cancel if you cannot attend otherwise you will be charged.
What is your cancelation policy ?
As we will be opening with a very limited capacity and to ensure everyone gets the chance to return to their practise, we have to slightly tighten up our cancelation policy. We will now have an 8 hour cancelation window for classes. This means you can cancel your class up to 8 hours before class via our HYB app or by signing into your account from our website – www.hotyogabelfast.com. Emailing, calling or messaging will not be accepted as a method of cancelling your class
If you miss your cancelation window :
Pay as you go – you will be charged for the class
Class pass package – you will lose a credit
Monthly member – you will be unable to book a class for 2 weeks
What if I am late for class? We will not be able to permit any late comers to classes from now on. We require you to be in the studio, on your mat at the time class is scheduled to start.
Do you have changing rooms and showers? Our showers and changing rooms will be temporarily closed so we ask that you come dressed for class and bring as little into the studio as possible leaving valuables either at home or in your car. Hopefully, this will just be for a while so we thankyou for bearing with us while we all get used to this reopening period. The toilets will still be open for use.
FINALLY –
As we will be trying to limit surface contact as much as possible, we ask that you try to stay in the room for the entirety of class. Use the bathroom, fill your water bottles and gather your things before entering the room and your teacher will make sure to open the door throughout class to give you that incredible cold breeze we all long for !
