At Hot Yoga Belfast, all of our teachers are certified and specifically trained to teach hot yoga in our infrared heated studio. Our team work hard to maintain a relaxed vibe in the studio while offering challenging, fun and energetic classes. Each teacher has the experience and a knowledge base that allows them to cater to each individual need in class.

Instagram: @emilylemonsyoga
Emily is a Fierce Grace trained yoga teacher, actress, stage manger and since the world went into lockdown she has started her own business and is now co-owner of Happy Pallet Co.
Her yoga teaching journey began in Rishikesh, India in 2017. It was here she learnt Hatha, Ashtanga & Vinyassa practices. Using this knowledge Emily began Queens University Belfast’s first Yoga Society and was teaching student classes twice a week. Although she enjoyed the ancient teaching style she had studied, she was seeking more of a challenge from the practice. In 2018 she travelled to London & Italy to study with Fierce Grace where she gained her Hot Yoga teaching certificate. She began teaching with studio owner Danielle and has been a part of the HYB team since.

Emily combines the various styles she has learnt to make a well rounded class accessible to everyone at any level of practice. She uses her classes to build determination and strength, two qualities in life that can be applied outside of the hot room for a happier, healthier lifestyle.
