🧠 Aim to move with focused attention. Concentrate on your breathing and the internal sensations within your body. This internal focus allows you to receive the full benefits of your yoga practice.
💤 At the end of class try to stay in savasana for at least a few minutes. This is where you reap the benefits of all your hard work and can take the time to relax and just be still.
✨That feeling in final savasana when your mind and body are exhausted but you feel more alive than you did before you walked in the room - thats what we all come for.
💪🏻You have strengthened and stretched every muscle, you have released tension and sweat profusely. You have massaged your internal organs, and you’ve created a tourniquet effect around each organ flooding them with freshly oxygenated blood and helping your body to heal.
